Palo Alto Networks, a cyber security company, Cortex Cloud, is presented by a new cloud safety platform designed to discover and stop attacks in the actual time. The platform integrates the discovery of the cloud and response (CDR) with the protection of the original cloud applications (CNAPP) on the company's Cortex platform.
Unit 42, Palo Alto Networks, indicates that 80 % of security problems are linked to the decks of cloud attack, with 66 % increase threats. Since more companies use cloud services and artificial intelligence (AI), Cortex Cloud combines data, operations are automated, and AI visions are used to reduce risks and prevent attacks. It also works with safety tools belonging to an external authority to make a full cloud security offer.
“With the most important business applications to the cloud, cloud safety must be expanded to include the leading operating time in the industry,” said Li Clarish, Senior Product Office in Palo Alto. “And to make it as easy as possible for our customers to adopt cloud safety from one side, we are included in CNAPP without any additional cost for each Cortex Cloud Runtime.”
Features
Cortex Cloud features applications, cloud risk management, and operating time protection. It prevents safety problems during development, discovers weaknesses, provides automatic reforms. The statute also includes a security center tool (SOC) that improves response times by integrating cloud data and security functioning.
The current PRISMA Cloud customers will be upgraded to Cortex Cloud, which will be available in Q3 FY25. Integration partners such as Cybercx, Deloitte, IBM and Orange Cyberdefense will help institutions improve security and efficiency.
