For more than 20 years, Tom has worked as a cybersecurity professional as CIO at Verizon, founder of two cybersecurity consulting companies, and Vice President of Content and Programs at Cybersecurity Collaborative.
Tom is CEO of MyDataOnly, Inc., which provides privacy and security consulting and security (penetration) testing services. Tom began his IT career in programming and strategic planning, and later founded a customer satisfaction measurement company.
Tom holds four security certifications (CISSP, CISM, PCIP) and one privacy certification (CIPP/US). He holds a master's degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a Marine Corps veteran.
