Check Point and Wiz signed a strategic partnership agreement to provide the most comprehensive cloud security solutions in the industry. Wiz is one of the largest players in the world in cloud cybersecurity today, while Check Point is one of the tallest company in this field, relatively weaker in this field-especially when it comes to cloud applications. However, Check Point has a wide customer base and a strong reputation.
The main competitor in this field is Palo Alto Networks, which was founded by Israeli businessman Nir Zuk, which currently provides the most comprehensive cloud safety solution in the market. This makes him a huge competitor to both Wiz and Check Point's Assaf Rappaptort, who recently appointed a new executive for the first time since its foundation. Cooperation with Wiz is one of the first major strategic moves by the new CECK Point CEO, Nadav Zafrir.

As part of the partnership, companies will provide an integrated solution to face cloud safety challenges in network environments, fill the gap between the security of the cloud and protect the original cloud application (CNAPP). Companies will integrate their technologies by combining the Check Point cloud defense mechanisms with a WIZ platform for cloud dangers and weaknesses, allowing safety teams to prevent attacks based on the actual time group. This synergy will help cyber security professionals in identifying unprotected assets and applications in the cloud, defining the priorities of the necessary reforms, and ensuring the neutralization of threats.
The partnership includes joint integration and deportation with the help of CNAPP customers in Check Point to Wiz. Check Point expects resources to re -customize resources and make more investments through cloud safety business, including the cloud network safety, web application protection (WAF), GNAI and other major cloud technologies.
“The formal nature of this partnership has been added between the two parties to create a new safety model – the Check Point network experience by driving a Wiz to provide comprehensive protection via mixed network environments,” said Nadaf Zafir, CEO of Check Point. “Together, we convert how to manage institutions to risk, and enable teams to cooperate with greater efficiency and control.”
“Collecting the leading CNAPP technology in Wiz and Check Point experience in the security of the cloud network enhances vision and gives priority to risks more effective,” said Assaf Rapaport, co -founder and executive director of Wiz. “Our partnership aims to ensure that companies can protect their networks and a cloud smoothly through an integrated and pioneering solution in this field while continuing to give the democratic character to cloud security.”
