Dr Omotolani Olowosole is a distinguished cybersecurity manager and behavioural scientist currently based in London. In her role, she leads initiatives that combine technical acumen with behavioural insights, significantly strengthening organisations’ defences against cyber threats. She holds a PhD in Cloud Computing Security from Loughborough University, and her pioneering research combines behavioural psychology theory with cybersecurity practice within organisations, making significant contributions to the field.
Dr. Omotolani’s extensive professional experience includes pivotal roles as a cybersecurity researcher, digital security and risk manager, and security solutions manager. In these roles, she has scaled digital teams, mentored professionals, and led efforts to implement robust security frameworks. As a security solutions architect, she has demonstrated expertise in cloud security across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as DevSecOps, application security, security engineering, and secure coding practices.
Her deep knowledge in Zero Trust and Cloud Security is demonstrated by her hands-on skills in SAST, DAST, SCA, Risk Management, Threat Modeling, Identity and Access Management. Dr. Omotolani is also a proactive educator and mentor in the cybersecurity community.
